Ingredients

(Serves 2)

  • 1 can white beans, drained

  • 1 ripe avocado

  • juice and zest of 1 lemon

  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes

  • ½ tsp za’atar

  • 2 slices sourdough

  • salt and black pepper

  • pickled red onions or saurkraut

Method
